Fully Automatic Pattern Design Generate garment pattern just by simple input the measurement table to the software. There is also vivid body picture to show the size. It is the most fast way to design and modify pattern without complicated calculation and greatly improve the user's working efficiency. The system not only can design pattern, modify pattern and grading in the computer, but also can import manual designed patterns to the software by digitizer. Then go to grading, nesting, printing and plotting. Manual graded patterns can also be imported to our system for modifying and saving

Winda Super Auto Marker/Nester System combines lots of the latest optimization techniques in order to achieve the best results in a very short time. We use local search algorithms based on new variants of Simulated Annealing, multiply iterated greedy strategies, paired with deficient heuristics, pattern-recognition techniques, and fast sum calculations.


One marker or multiple marker can be nesting in one time, no need any manual operation during nesting; multiple material marker can depart automatically and nesting fully automatically one by one.
Can setup little rotate and overlap, same with manual control, to get better efficiency.
One way or two ways or each set in different way automatic nesting are available.
The front and back piece can group and nest together automatic to avoid the fabric color different, or you can put complete set in the same place, you can choose every complete set put in up and down or left and right according to the fabric situation.
Pattern fix nest, pyramid net, automatic fault avoid nest, double marker auto nest, pattern nest in fixed area, all can be automatically finished.
Compaction: After finishing nesting, you can use this function; all pieces will try to move in front as more as possible to get better efficiency.

They can create the first pattern or make alterations to existing hard paper patterns or digitized data. Everything from a simple T shirt or pants to fully constructed jackets, suits and wedding dresses.

CONVERT

Our conversion services are designed for companies having specialized CAD/CAM systems for clothing who wish to obtain patterns in the format of their system sent by customers with different CAD/CAM systems.


Pattern and marker conversion wizard was designed to facilitate communication between CAD/CAM systems that represent two-dimensional flat pattern pieces. This standard also provides conversions for representing related information such as grade rule tables.
It will export models and rule tables from the AccuMark system using a DXF format that can be imported by other CAD/CAM ASTM/AAMA conversion programs.
We can open Lectra, Investronica, Assyst, AccuMark, AAMA, Optitex and DFX files.

PLOTTING

Using state of the art plotters we can plot full-length markers as well as the base and graded patterns as per scale.


We utilize state of the art plotting equipment, and are able to plot markers up to 73 inches in width, and just about any length.
